Jl. Pandanaran is one of street in semarang city that connects simpang lima area and Tugumuda, so that this street is often impassable by vehicles. This condition could increase the concentration of CO that caused by emission that emitted from vehicle. The meteorology factor such as temperature, humadity, wind speed and wind direction are also affect the concentration on that street as well. In addition, Jl. Pandanaran is also has high buildings on the both sides of the streets like office buildings, hotels, so that it could cause the CO  hard to get dispert. Study method was conducted directly for 3 hours of rush time, at 07:00-08:00, 13:00 -14:00, and 16:00-17:0  include the recording of CO concentration and meteorology factor every 10 minutes per its hour. This study shows that CO concentration is in range 7 to 19 ppm. In this study, the total of vehicle gives the positif effect to CO concentration, humadity also as well. And temperature, wind speed give negative effect to CO concentration. Beside of it, the wind direction at the time of study movied toward the South west and Northeast.South west directional most parallel to the road while the Northeast is almost perpendicular to the road. So that the concentration of CO which the wind moved toward the Northeast is higher than the South west one. Based on the circulation of pollutant dispertion instreet canyon (Dabberdt et al, 1973:495), wind direction which is moving perpendicular to the road will cause the polltants can not bed is persed rapidly due to buildings on the road so that the concentration of CO will be getting higher.
