Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh positif model pembelajaran aktif tipe giving question and getting answers terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Desain  Posttest Only Control Design dengan model pembelajaran aktif tipe giving question and getting answers dan pembelajaran konvensional sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil belajar siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bajeng. Kelas X4 sebagai kelas kontrol dan X1 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 71,00 dengan standar deviasi 9,90 sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen nilai rata-rata adalah 76,57 dengan standar deviasi adalah 9,96. Ketuntasan sebesar 57,58% untuk kelas kontrol dan 73,33% untuk kelas eksperimen. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t, diperoleh thitung> ttabel yang  berarti hipotesis H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran aktif tipe giving question and getting answers berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bajeng. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran aktif, giving question and getting answers ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine the positive influence of active learning models with type of giving question and getting answers toward learning outcomes of students. The research  design was used Posttest Only Control Group Design that active learning type giving question and getting answers and conventional method as independent variable. Learning outcomes of students as the dependent variable. The population of this research was all of the students in Grade X of  SMAN 1 Bajeng. The X4 class as a control class and X1 class as an experimental class. The result of descriptive analysis shows that, learning outcomes of control class is 71,00 with a standard deviation is 9,90 while the experiment class is 76,57 with a standard deviation is 9,96. Completeness of control class is 57,58% and experimental class is 73,33%. The results of hypothesis test using t-test, shows tcomputation > ttable indicate H1 accepted. It’s concluded the model of active learning type giving question and getting answers has positive influence toward learning outcomes of students Grade X SMA Negeri 1 Bajeng.
