Food waste is organic waste that is quite lot and have not good treatment now. Food waste in anaerobic treatment have potential to produce biogas with addition cow feces as an activator. Stirring is one effort to increase the production of  biogas. Research has been conducted in a batch system but the results have not been produced an optimal biogas. This research use two big reactors (19 liter) and 16 small reactors (600 ml dan 500 ml). There are four parameters that were observed the biogas production , pH, temperature, and COD. Research carried out using batch system, semicontinous, then return to batch system, each system is carried out of 10 days. First reactor proceed  without stirring treatment and semy-continuous system that produce 19029,29 ml biogas, whereas the second reactor proceed with stirring treatment and semy-continuous system that produce 28423,38 ml biogas. Addition of bicarbonat variation was done to determine effect of pH substrate on biogas production. The addition of a bicarbonate reactor at pH 7 substrate taken from reactor two (19 Liter) has the highest volume of accumulation biogas i.e 154,5 ml. Feeding variations was conducted to determine the effect of addition of sample on biogas production. Addition of sample 5 gram gradually has accumulation biogas volume higher  than another reactor i.e 575 ml. Variation of urea amount was added to determine effect of ratio COD:N at substrate on biogas production. The ratio of COD:N 0,6 have the highest volume of accumulation biogas for eight days i.e 1407 ml.
