Background: The lowering historical awareness among the society generally and young generation, particularly students, gets attention from the public. Indonesian National History mastery and nationalism are expected as the variables related to Historical Awareness. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between students’ Indonesian National History mastery and Historical Awareness, between Students’ Nationalism and Historical Awareness, and of Students’ Indonesian National History mastery and Nationalism to Historical Awareness simultaneously.Method: This study was an ex-postfacto research with correlational research design. The population of research was all students of History Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Metro Muhammadiyah University. The sample was taken using disproportionate stratified random sampling. The sample of research consisted of 167 students out of 309 students as the population. The instruments used to collect the data were test and questionnaire. Techniques of analyzing data used were correlation analysis, simple and multiple regressions at significance level of 5%.Result: There was a positive significant relationship between students’ Indonesian National History mastery and Historical Awareness, there was a positive significant relationship between Students’ Nationalism and Historical Awareness, and there was a positive significant relationship of Students’ Indonesian National History mastery and Nationalism to Historical Awareness simultaneously.Conclusion: There was a statistically positive significant relationship of Students’ Indonesian National History mastery and Nationalism to Historical Awareness. Keywords:     Learning, Indonesian National History, Nationalism, Historical Awareness
