This study was aimed to determine the relationship between organizational tenure and employees psychological empowerment in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero). The tenure is the length of times that employers work in an instution, office, etc. Psychological empowerment is a manifestation of an empowerment process that includes four individual cognitions: meaning, self-determination, competence, and impact. The research was conducted to 92 employees who has direct supervisor. Data collection tools used was psychological empowerment questionnaire consisting 35 items. Analysis of the data was performed with the statistical techniques of correlation Pearsons product moment using SPSS 16.0 for windows. It is obtained that the correlation value between organization tenure and employees psychological empowerment is 0.602 with p equal to 0.000. This indicates that there is a significant correlation between the organizational tenure and employeess psychological empowerment in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero).
