Assessment of class principle is aggregation process and utilizing information of student study outcome is doing by teacher to determine achievement level and capability of student about standard competence and basic competence in curriculum. This assessment include of cognitive, affective and psicomotoric domain. In fact was happened in school, the teachers is less to understanding about how to appraising affective and psicomotoric domain that prosecuted in 2006 curriculum and confused about how to give score in each indicator assessment that asked with the result that needful development assessment of class principle instrument is validity, reliability and practically.This research is research for the development with using Fenrich model, which are analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, evaluation and revision. Subject for trying experiment is student in senior high school grade XI science. Data of this research is primary data that consist of validation instrument result. Data is analyzed with descriptive analysis in percentage. From this research is produced instrument of class principle assessment in biology subject with excretion system material at senior high school grade XI. The assessment instrument is like written test, working, product, project, and self-assessment. Validity all of instrument is produced good category with average value for written test 87,96%, working 88,42%, product 91,20%, project 95,55% self-assessment 94,21%. According to problem quantitative has high validity that is 0,604.
