ANALISIS EFISIENSI RANTAI PASOK JAGUNG DI KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

As centers of corn in Central Java Province, Grobogan District is one of the potential development of corn. The purpose of this research are: (1) Knowing the corn supply chain management in Grobogan; (2) Knowing the factors, actors, goals and alternative management scenarios to establish an efficient corn supply chain in Grobogan; (3) to analyze the performance of each members of the supply chain in order to improve the efficiency of corn supply chain performance in Grobogan. This study used a descriptive method of analysis. The study was conducted in Grobogan with sampling sample/respondents expert by 5 respondents selected by judgment sampling method with consideration of effectiveness, that the expert is the most appropriate because it has the information and understanding of the corn supply chain management.Further sampling is done randomly farmers were 60 respondents from the four subdistricts were selected purposively sampled and trader’s sample performed with the snowball method (snowball sampling) include village collector traders (8 DMU), subdistrict collector traders (13 DMU) and district collector traders (5 DMU). The study consisted of 3 stages and each stage requires respondents and different analysis tools. The first stage (to determine the mechanism of supply chain) using quantitative descriptive analysis, the second stage (to determine alternative scenarios of efficient corn supply chain) using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the Expert Choice 11 software, then the third stage (to determine the performance of each member of the supply chain to improve the efficiency of corn supply chain performance) using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with DEAP 2.1 software.
