Intisari----Transformator tenaga merupakan peralatan utama dalam sistem penyaluran tenaga listrik. Transformator tenaga berfungsi menyalurkan tenaga dengan menaikkan tegangan dari pembangkit ke dalam saluran transmisi. Oleh karena fungsinya yang sangat penting, maka diperlukan adanya pemeliharaan dan perawatan untuk transformator tenaga. Pemeliharaan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan reliability, availability dan effiency, memperpanjang usia perlatan, mengurangi resiko terjadinya kegagalan atau kerusakan peralatan dan memprediksi dan mengurangi lama waktu padam akibat sering gangguan. Jenis pemeliharaan yang dilakukan ada empat jenis, yaitu Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance. Gangguan yang umumnya terjadi pada transformator tenaga adalah kekuatan isolasi pada kumparan inti transformator  yang menurun, kualitas dan kandungan gas yang terlarut dalam minyak transformator dan sistem resistansi pentanahan. Metode sistem pemeliharaan generator transformer yang dilakukan disini menggunakan metode tangen delta dan metode dissolved gas analysis (DGA). Sedangkan peralatan yang digunakan pada sistem pemeliharaan generator transformer yaitu neutral grounding resistant (NGR) sebagai bagian dari sistem pemeliharaan. Kata kunci---- Tangen Delta, Neutral Grounding Resistant (NGR), Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA). Abstract---Power transformer is the main equipment in the power distribution system is used to supply energy by increasing the voltage from the generator to the transmission line. Maintenance and care required for power transformers, because its function is essential to improve the reliability, availability, efficiency, extend equipment life, reduce the risk of failure or damage to the equipment, predict and mitigate outages due to frequent disturbances. Four types of maintenance that is predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance. Power transformers disorders often occur because of decreased strength of the insulating core transformer coil, the quality and content of gases dissolved in transformer oil, and resistance grounding system. Power transformer maintenance method were calculated using the tangent delta and dissolved gas analysis method (DGA) and the equipment used in the maintenance system that is resistant neutral grounding (NGR).
