Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh dari beban kerja, pengalaman kerja, status sekolah dan status sertifikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA di kota Sambas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengaruh beban kerja, pekerjaan, status pengalaman sekolah dan status sertifikasi guru kepuasan kerja SMA di kota Sambas. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan analisis kuantitatif teknik kovarians. Studi subyek guru SMA di kota Sambas ditentukan sesuai dengan karakteristik populasi dengan jumlah 100. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, pengalaman kerja, staus sekolah dan status sertifikasi  guru tidak berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja guru.   Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Beban, Pengalaman, Status, Sertifikasi   Abstract: The problem in this research is the influence of workload, work experience, school status and certification status on job satisfaction high school teacher in the town of Sambas. This study aims to gain insight on the effects of workload, work experience, school status and certification status on job satisfaction high school teacher in the town of Sambas. The research approach used quantitative analysis of covariance techniques. The study subjects high school teacher in the town of Sambas were determined according to the characteristics of the population by the number 100. The study showed that workload, work experience, school staus and teacher certification status has no effect on job satisfaction of teachers.   Keywords: Satisfaction, workload, experience, status, sertification
