Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi pada organizational citizenhip behavior pada perawat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan motode survey pada 224 perawat di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifkan antara resiliensi dan organizational citizenship behavior, dimana saat individu ini kemampuan resilien naik maka perilaku organizational citizenship behavior juga akan naik. Pihak manajemen rumah sakit bisa memanfaatkan informasi ini pada perawat dengan cara memberikan informasi terkait mengenai kedua perilaku tersebut sehingga mereka lebih mengerti mengenai tantangan dalam bekerja dan perilaku sukarela di luar job description.   Kata kunci: Resiliensi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perawat, Rumah Sakit The aim of this study is to explore resilience’s contribution to organizational citizenhip behavior in nurse. This study is survey-based, involves 224 nurses on RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. The study shows positive and significant correlation between resilience and organizational citizenship behavior, which a higher level of resilience in individual potentially increases their organizational citizenship behavior level.
