Students are those who develop their potential through education learning process. Religious education in schools has not been completely able to deliver more assessment in the moral development and personality of the student. Thus, additional religious education and religious practices are needed through nonformal Islamic education in Alawiyah Erly Chidlhood Islamic School (Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah/MDA) as a forum to foster, develop, cultivate and transform the religious value for students toward a better human personality. MDA Baitul Haadi provided positive solutions to education management for students by implementing various activities, techniques, and methods. The purpose of this research is to examine in depth social phenomenon that occurs naturally through the facts related to management activities of students applied in MDA.
