Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotekberdasarkan Indikator Pelayanan Prima di Kota Magelang periode 2016. Penelitian ini termasukpenelitian deskriptif, pengambilan data menggunakan metode Cross Sectionals Survey . Respondendalam penelitian ini adalah apoteker yang bersedia mengisi koesioner yang merupakan instrumentpenelitian ini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuanuntuk menjelaskan atau mendiskripsikan karakteristik setiap variable penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di apotek berdasarkanIndikator prima sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh apoteker- apoteker di Kota Magelang denganjumlah score 84,7.Kata kunci: Indikator Pelayanan Prima di Apotek, Apotek This research aims to know the description of the application of the standard of service at thepharmacy of pharmacy Based on Excellence services indicators in Magelang City period of 2016.This research used descriptive design, the data were collected using Cross Sectionals Survey method.The respondents in this study was the pharmacist fill out the questionnaire as the instrument of thisstudy. Data analysis in this study used descriptive method which aims to explain or define ecologicalcharacteristics of each research variables.The results showed that the standard service at the pharmacy of Pharmacy upon Prima ServiceIndicator has been well implemented by pharmacists-pharmacists in Magelang District with a totalscore of 84,7.Keyword : Indicators Based Excellence, Pharmacy
