Infants who have asphyxia neonatorum if not immediately given a nursing action, it will be fatal for survival. It is estimated that about 27% of all neonatal deaths worldwide are caused by asphyxia neonatorum. Infant mortality rate according to Banjarmasin City Health Office in 2010 birth of 36 deaths, newborn mortality age 0-7 days as many as 48 cases, newborn mortality aged 8-28 days as many as 5 cases, and more than 28 days as many as 5 cases, while in 2011 the number of dead births as many as 8 people, newborn infant mortality 0-7 days as many as 56 cases, newborn mortality aged 8-28 days as many as 10 cases and more than 28 days as many as 11 cases . The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of asphyxia neonatorum in pregnancy aterm at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. This research method is analytic survey, with approach of cross sectional independent variable is Asphyxia Neonatorum and dependent variable is influencing factor. The research instrument is check list with analysis test using multiple logistic regression. weight that strongly affects the occurrence of asphyxia neonatorum in pregnancy aterm in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Research shows that the value of exp B Factor fetal BBL = 3.165 means that the fetal BBL factor has an influence of 3,165 times (95% CI 1.157 - 14.169) greater than the control variable Infant factor with aspiration of meconium syndrome. Researchers suggest several things, namely: For Health Service Agencies, more increase again counseling about Antenatal care and nutrition for the mother. and for the development of nursing research science, the results of this study are expected to add insight into asphyxia neonatorum.
