Pengaruh Penggunaan Tutor Sebaya Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kimia Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Bajeng (Studi pada Materi Pokok Perhitungan Kimia)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif penggunaan tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar kimia siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Bajeng dengan desain  “Random Pretest Posttest Desain”. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Bajeng  sebanyak  6 kelas. Sampel dipilih dengan undian yaitu  kelas X1 sebagai  kelas eksperimen dan X4 sebagai kelas kontrol sebanyak  30 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes hasil belajar dengan Pretest dan Posttest. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan, nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 65,47 standar deviasi 9,07 dan 56,67% dinyatakan dalam tuntas. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional, nilai rata-rata 55,20, standar deviasi 12,54 dan 16,67% dinyatakan dalam  tuntas. Hipotesis diuji dengan Analysis of Covariance (ANACOVA) diperoleh nilai signifikansi p = 0,001 < a, ( a = 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis H0 ditolak. Penggunaan tutor sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Bajeng. Persentase pengaruh penggunaan tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar  dari slope atau  selisih nilai rata-rata posttest dan pretest antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebesar    20 % . Kata Kunci: Tutor sebaya,Hasil belajar ABSTRACT This Research is aimed to known the positive influence of tutor sebaya to chemistry learning achievement of the students of SMAN 1 Bajeng. This research uses “Random Pretest Posttest Design". The Population  are all 10th class students of SMAN I Bajeng winches involved six classes. The samples are two classes that selected by random with toss technique, these are as experiment class and X4 as control class respectively 30 students. The variable of research are tutor sebaya as independent variable and chemistry learning achievement as depend variable. The depend data is collected by pretest and posttest. The descriptive analyzes show the average value of student of experiment class by using tutor sebaya are 65.47 deviation standard are 9.07 and 56.67% expressed in complete criterion.  While at control class by using conventional learning, average value, deviation standard, and complete criterion are respectively 55.20, 12.54, and 16.67%. Hypothesis tested by analyzes of covariance (ANACOVA) using SPSS 13 for windows program and obtained significance value; p=0,001=0,05), this matter show the hypothesis refused and H1 accepted. This mean that tutor sebaya learning has positive significance effect to learning achievement of the student of SMAN 1 Bajeng in chemistry especially in chemistry calculation.
